YourPetRamp.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover  and American Express for credit card purchases. Credit cards are pre-authorized for the amount of your order at the time of purchase.

We also accept personal checks or money orders for ordering by mail. We will begin processing your order immediately, but shipment will be delayed until the check has cleared or we have received payment of the money order. There will be $50.00 fee for returned checks due to insufficient funds. If you wish to place your order by phone with a credit card, you may call us at 304-428-2603. If you call and we are out of the office, please leave your phone number and a convenient time we may reach you and we will return your call as soon as possible.  

YourPetRamp.com process orders Monday through Friday except for Holidays. Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer by FedEx, UPS, or common carrier. Since orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer we cannot offer express shipping. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages. Most orders are normally shipped within 2-5 working days but please allow up to 12 working days for delivery. Some pet stair designs are custom made when ordered and delivery may take considerably longer.

Delivery is available to only the Continental United States (lower 48) with a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses. Please double check your shipping address to insure you do not incur unnecessary charges. Refusing a shipment resulting in the product being returned to shipper will be charged for shipping fees.

If you received free shipping when ordering, you will be charged for the original shipping charges if you return the item for credit.

YourPetRamp.com takes pride in offering quality products. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We understand there are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. Please choose wisely when placing your order to avoid return shipping charges. Please note that Skamper-Ramp® accepts returns for product failure due to manufacturer defect only. Skamper Industries does not accept returns for unused/untried ramps.

All returns must have a return authorization number(RAN) or shipment will be refused! 

Contact us at customerservice@yourpetramp.com to acquire your RAN and the proper return shipping address. DO NOT RETURN THESE ITEMS TO YOURPETRAMP.COM. They need to be returned to the manufacturer.

Returns must be in "like new" condition and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of product and with aforementioned RAN. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and if you received free shipping your account will be charged the appropriate amount. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We highly suggest you insure the returned product to protect yourself in the event of damage. If the product is not in "like new" condition or shows use a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged.

If the item you receive was damaged during shipment we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. We do need your help in keeping the original packaging for return. Please contact us at customerservice@yourpetramp.com and we will make arrangements to have the item picked up.
