1. What is the best way to order from YourPetRamp.com? 
The easiest way is to click on the shopping cart icon and follow the instructions. Orders may also be placed by phone at 304-428-2603. If we are out of the office, please leave your name, phone number and a convenient time to be reached and we will return your call asap. This option will require a major credit card. Orders may also be placed by mail with a check or money order (made payable to R & Enterprises, Inc.). Mail order form with check or money order to YourPetRamp.com,  433 Point Dr., Parkersburg, WV 26101.
2. Will I receive a confirmation of my order? 
When you order on line and include your valid e-mail address on the order form you will receive confirmation e-mails.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? 
Orders are processed Monday-Friday except for holidays and are normally shipped within 2-5 days business days. Please allow up to 12 business days for your order to arrive.
4. If I have questions before ordering, what is the best way to get them answered? 
The best way to communicate with YourPetRamp.com is by e-mail at customerservice@yourpetramp.com.  We monitor our inboxes throughout the business day and will respond asap. We may also be reached at 304-428-2603. If we are out of the office, please leave your name, phone number and a convenient time to be reached and we will return your cal ASAP.
5. Is sales tax applied to my order?
Only residents of West Virginia will be charged sales tax which is currently 6%.
6. Can we use PO or APO boxes for delivery? 
Since products are shipped by FedEx, UPS or common carrier we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.
7. Do you ship overseas or to foreign countries ?
No, we currently only ship to the continental US (the lower 48 states).
8. What if the item I order is out of stock? 
Since we ship directly from the manufacturer, we offer a large selection of products that are normally always in stock. If for some reason the product you ordered is not available at this particular time, you will be notified by e-mail as to the situation.
9. What is your warranty policy? 
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects at time of receipt. If you receive a defective product, YourPetRamp.com will replace the item at no cost to you. Most of our products carry a one year warranty. If you require specific details on a particular product, please e-mail us at customerservice@yourpetramp.com
10. What name will appear on my credit card statement? 
The charge will show as R & N Enterprises, Inc.
11. Do you have a printed catalog? 
No, we do not have a catalog. Since products are updated regularly, sales are offered frequently and catalogs are environmentally unfriendly we do not use printed material.
12. What is your return policy? 
Every page has a link to our return policy which may be reviewed at www.yourpetramp.com/returns.htm.
13. What is the cost for shipping? 
Shipping costs for most products are calculated using the weight, the location from where the items are shipped and the delivery address making it difficult to specify exact charges up front. Some manufacturers have set shipping costs by product, but YourPetRamp.com will charge only what the carrier would charge in each particular instance. YourPetRamp.com will never add any type handling charge for any product offered.
